George C. Brindle

Mr. Brindle is currently VP Facilities at Laricina Energy Ltd. He has 23 years of heavy oil and oil sands experience.
Prior to joining Laricina in 2007, Mr. Brindle worked twenty years as a consulting engineer with a number of firms, specializing in process engineering and facilities design for thermal recovery projects. He is widely recognized within the Canadian heavy oil community as a leading authority in surface facilities for thermal and conventional heavy oil development processes and has executed projects in Canada, Alaska, Europe, the Middle and Far East.
He is a practicing member of APEGGA. Mr. Brindle is a member of the Canadian Heavy Oil Association, Society of Petroleum Engineers and Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta. He has a Bachelor of Applied Science from Queen's University in Kingston, and an MBA from Haskayne School of Business in Calgary.
