Corporate responsibility for Laricina means that we manage our operations in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, practise good business and workplace ethics, and undertake community engagement and stakeholder consultation as part of the value creation for our Company. Through good corporate governance, responsible environment, health and safety policies, transparent business practices and collaborating with communities where we operate, Laricina will maintain the integrity of its corporate responsibilities.
In 2006, Laricina established corporate-wide policies and practices for each component of corporate responsibility specific to our current stage of company development. As a young company, we expect our involvement with the community to expand and evolve as we grow. Laricina is committed to increasing our knowledge and awareness of social, economic, safety and environmental issues and integrating that information into how we plan to conduct our business.
Laricina’s goal to achieve the silver recognition level in the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producer’s environment, health and safety stewardship program was reached in November 2007.
Laricina is committed to its corporate responsibility initiatives as an integral part of its business.
