Laricina files 5,000 barrel per day Commercial Demonstration Project amendment to its 1,800 barrel per day pilot project at Germain.
Laricina receives both ERCB and Alberta Environment regulatory approval for its 1,800 barrel per day SAGD pilot in the Grand Rapids deposit at Germain under application No. 1530968.
In July 2009, the original pilot project was approved by the Energy Resources Conservation Board and Alberta Environment. The amendment proposes to add solvents to steam in the SAGD process.
Laricina receives both Energy Resources Conservation board and Alberta Environment regulatory approval for its 1,800 barrel per day SAGD pilot in the Grosmont carbonate deposit at Saleski under application No. 1574946.
Laricina Energy was selected as one of nine innovative energy projects by the Alberta Government to receive funding under the Innovative Energy Technologies Program in support of its Saleski Grosmont Formation steam-assisted gravity drainage pilot.
