Laricina will be presenting at the AAPG 2010 International Conference & Exhibition (ICE) in Calgary September 12-17 2010. Marnie Connelly, Senior Staff Geologist, will present an overview of the Grand Rapids Formation, the primary target of Laricina’s Germain project, in a presentation entitled "West Athabasca Grand Rapids Formation – A New SAGD Play".

Kent Barrett, Senior Carbonate Geologist, provides an overview of the Grosmont formation in a presentation entitled "Reservoir Units within a Multi-Layered Dolostone Formation: Grosmont Formation, Saleski, Alberta”. In addition to highlighting the geology of this carbonate formation, Mr. Barrett will also provide an up-date on Laricina’s Saleski project, which will be the first to apply SAGD technology to a bitumen carbonate formation in Alberta. Mr Barrett’s presentation will be followed up by a display of Grosmont core from Laricina’s Saleski project area.
